Conformity Guarantee
All products sold are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery, as required by EU law.

Products must be as described and fit for their intended purpose. Products must have the quality and performance characteristics expected for cycling gear. Defects in materials or workmanship.
How to Make a Guarantee Claim

Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt), Describe the defect or non-conformity issue, Provide photos if possible.
Your Rights Under Guarantee
First, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or full refund.
Time Limits
You must notify us of any defect within 2 months of discovering it. For defects appearing within the first 12 months, we presume the defect existed at the time of delivery. For defects appearing after 12 months, you may need to prove the defect existed at delivery
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
After purchasing the product, it can be registered on the manufacturer's warranty website and the warranty can be obtained in your home country, at authorized service centers, please contact us for more information.
Some products may come with additional manufacturer's warranty. Please check the product documentation for specific warranty terms from the manufacturer.
